What is covered
- The campaign was fraudulent or not what it described.
- The organiser did not use the funds as promised.
- A gift you did not authorise, or a duplicate charge.
The terms
- Claim within 90 days of your gift.
- Refunds up to 5,000 per gift, in the currency you gave.
- Our Trust & Safety team aims to decide within 10 days and emails you at each step.
- Approved claims are refunded to your original payment method.
- You will need your receipt number and the email address you gave with.
